We are not seeking to embed ourselves in your organisation

The focus of Perdisco Consulting is to come along-side and develop your organisations staff so that they continue the value adding process on their own. We think it makes no sense, as consultants, to continuously work in an organisation. We will provide an outside perspective, engage your workers and improve processes whilst training your employees to continue the process well after we leave.
